I’m Shiree Alexander, owner of  ExecuSane Inc Talent & Recruiting.  Carmen’s Heart is a division of my company that puts a focus on someone dear to my heart. Carmen is my sister who I lost this year at 43 years old. She was a beautiful person full of love and hope, and struggled for years with trauma and mental health related issues.

Carmen’s Heart is focused on placing Cardiology, Pulmonary, and other professionals in preventative health & wellness.  Seeing the way she fought through her life, and for her life has left a lasting impact on me. I admire the doctors, nurses, and others that fought for her. That truly cared and helped me to understand what she was going through in her last days. There were also many that did not do right by her, and contributed to her suffering . Events surrounding both her life and death have been some of the hardest things I’ve ever had to deal with. Through life’s ups and downs we always fought through it and shared a bond that many people never experience. She trusted and confided in me through her hurt and pain, so I know her heart better than most. I know who she truly was. I’m using my talents to place caring professionals that help not only the heart, but focus on the person as a whole.
